The Workplace® Difference

We Bring Over 50 Years of Experience to the Table.
Since 1946, this family-owned company has built it's outstanding reputation on innovative workbench design, responsive customer service, and superior craftsmanship. Originally a metal fabrication "job-shop", Workplace Systems has evolved over the years into a leading manufacturer of quality modular workstations and accessory furnishings.

Virtually all types of industrial, institutional, and commercial markets are reached. Production and manufacturing facilities, service organizations, colleges and universities, research and medical facilities, and mail-order houses, just to name a few, have been equipped with Workplace®
modular workstations and laboratory furniture.

Enjoy Direct-From-The-Factory Savings & Expertise.
Our direct-from-the-factory approach means greater savings and expert design assistance for you and your organization. Factory-trained sales personnel, with an average 10 years of experience, are on hand to expedite your specific workbench needs, including detailed CAD drawings, design assistance, quoting, and ordering.

Completely Modular to Keep Pace With Your Changing Needs.
Our modular, flexible modular workstations stay modular and flexible, year after year after year. Benches and tables purchased as many as 25 years ago can still be retrofit with components available today. Your investment in Workplace® units will be protected because a workbench you design for one task today can be reconfigured in years to come for an entirely different use.

Durable & Long-Lasting For a Lifetime of Service.
Designed and built for heavy-duty everyday use, including full-perimeter framework beneath the work surface to help protect against sagging and warping, top quality materials, computer welds, and a tough power coat paint finish, Workplace® workbenches are built to last.

On-Site Manufacturing Allows Tight Quality Control & On-Time Shipments.
Our 15-acre site in Londonderry, NH USA, just one hour north of Boston, Massachusetts, includes a tabletop laminating plant, metal fabrication, finishing, electrical assembly, packaging, and our administrative offices. Virtually all manufacturing of Workplace® modular workstations and laboratory furniture is done on site, allowing tight quality control and quick, on-time shipments. State-of-the-art manufacturing equipment provides increased efficiency of plant operations and highest workplace quality.

ASAP Quick-Ship Program
Our most popular components are available under the ASAP Quick-Ship program, featuring 48-hour shipments after receipt of order (based on stock availability at time of order).
